Everyone who has signed in to this app. Change someone's role with the dropdown, send them a password reset email, or set a password for them directly. Deleting an account removes their login only — it does not touch any IOU or payment data.

Push notifications

When someone's balance changes — a payment is recorded, edited, or removed, or a new IOU is added for them — they get a push notification, if they've turned it on. Each person enables it for themselves, on their own device, from their own account view (look for 🔔 on next to their name above once they have). This only reaches devices where they said yes; on iPhone it also requires adding this app to the home screen first.
